Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use DoBuddy. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure.

Using DoBuddy kindly

DoBuddy is a free personal planner. Please don’t:

• break the law or use the app to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• send cheers or share content that is hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service, or use bots to collect points.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You let us store, sync and show it to you, and to friends if you choose to share it, only so the app can work.

Points and items

Focus points and room items are just for fun inside the app. They have no money value, can’t be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred, and may be reset if we find misuse. There are no in-app purchases.

Characters and artwork

All buddies, including Bud, and all theme artwork are original characters drawn for this app. Please don’t copy or reuse them outside the app without asking us first.

Reminders

Reminders are delivered by your phone’s operating system and may be late or missed, for example because of battery settings. Please don’t rely on DoBuddy for anything critical such as medication or safety.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may change or stop the service, but we’ll try to give notice so you can export your data.

No guarantees

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but can’t promise it will always be available or error free. Keep important things backed up. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be limited.

App stores

If you downloaded DoBuddy from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. Questions: kamittt88@gmail.com
